Purchases made between November 15 - December 24 can be returned or exchanged through January 10th. Refunds during this holiday period can be issued in the original form of payment or as store credit.
All sales are final on $5 finds, gift wrapping, Small Business Saturday offers, and Christmas products. Clearance items and promo items (i.e. Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals) may be exchanged for another size only.
We are working hard this Christmas season to make your gifting experience as reliable and efficient as possible! USPS recommends mailing items (from Hawaii) by December 15 to arrive by Christmas day. Orders placed by December 11, with standard $6 flat rate shipping, will be processed and placed in the mail by this USPS deadline.
Please note that the postage system is especially busy during the holidays and delivery times may be delayed. be.loved is not responsible for delays within the USPS system. We recommend placing your orders as soon as possible to allow for any unexpected delays in transit. Just in case!
Certainly! All our orders are shipped with a packing slip, which reflects what items are included in the package without prices shown. This packing slip includes information necessary to exchange or return items.
If you're sending your purchase as a gift, we recommend adding gift wrapping. Your purchase will arrive at your loved one's door, fully ready to gift! The order's packing slip will be placed in the gift box (we don't want to give away the surprise!).
We will ship your order 5-7 business days from purchase. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification including an updated tracking number.

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. Upgraded shipping options are available at checkout. Please refer to the checkout page for costs and details.
International orders are shipped via USPS or DHL carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We offer $6 FLAT RATE standard shipping on all orders in the U.S. and free shipping on select items.
Shipping costs for upgraded shipping methods and for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
Returns and exchanges
We will happily accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of purchase. Items must be in sellable condition and in original packaging. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment 3-5 days after we have received your return package. Please allow additional processing time for the refund to be completed on the back end (via your bank, credit card, etc).
All sales final items (including clearance items, special promos, etc) cannot be returned or exchanged.
